Well technically from shore-to-shore you'd have to cross 28 and 8, but also if you needed to stay on public land, you'd have to cross Haskell Rd, I believe.

What are you talkin' about Willis? There's two public campgrounds on the lake, and access points all over if you have a canoe. If you have a motor boat there are marinas you can pay to launch from.
