I get my Damascus from Lacy Smith in Alabama.. I do both but the majority are ground to shape or stock removal..

Sheaths are relatively easy to make with simple tools. I could walk you through it if you wanted to make it yourself...You could buy everything you need for less then the price of one custom sheath!
