You are probably correct on this. The patch isn't going very far then. And by the history it hasn't. The transaction fee explains why licenses are handled by the town clerks and on-line.

Either that or encourage people to go to other trails. I.e. more no parking signs and parking citations for violations. I'm not an advocate of that just sense it may come to that.

Though reclimbing Algonquin may seem a chore it is the shortest route. Unless your really wanting to cross Avalanche Lake reclimbing Algonquin is also faster. That's my experience.
