no float tube

no i use a sevlor 3 man raft. it weighs about 25 lbs w/ everything. its the way to go on bushwacks. otherwise id just carry my radisson.

you cant padddle up the outlet...i carried a raft in a backpack for that one.
from what i remember there was a small area where fisherman have camped in the past but it doesn't get alot of use....

best part of the 'dacks

It would be hard to say what the best part of the adirondacks is. all areas have there own unique quality. i personally like the five ponds for its remoteness. sand lake being one of my favorites.
