Depends on the length of the road. IMO, it doesn't take all that much distance to drastically cut down on that kind of crap. I think even the little carry at Lake Lila acts as a filter.

They're going to have to move some of their disks then. I can think of at least a few water access sites where the disk is near the water (for visibility, perhaps) but the camping area for that disk...
