Are you looking for marked trails only? If so maybe try Jay Mountain.
Just as another fun suggestion to help with less crowds...there are lots of easy bushwhacking opportunities throughout the park...

There are lots of inaccuracies & weird little bits of misinformation on many of today’s maps. Definitely makes you wonder how that it is still possible with today’s technology.
