I'm concerned about the warming temps as well but considering there are still plenty of trout streams in Georgia, including Brook Trout, I'd say we have a long time till the adirondacks cant support...

I've had the Patagonia River salt 3-1 for about 2 seasons now. Moisture seems to permeate in heavy rain. It wasnt cheap either.
