Opinions on best ways to link Blake/Colvin/Dial/Nippletop in a single trip?

Heading into the area from Colorado next week, looking to grab all four peaks in a single trip. Any opinions on the best way to link them all together (really which way to do the loop I suppose)?

I did them 3 weeks ago or so, a pretty solid 11 hour trip, without spending more than 20-25 min on each peak (except for Hough, I spent about 45-60 min there).
