Yes but often when there is a news article about someone(s) being charged with breaking the law the word “allegedly” is included along with the names of the alleged violators. No?

I guess it’s only a “slap on the wrist” type of violation anyway, so why bother embarrass the “alleged” violator(s) any further, I’m sure they’ll learn their lesson & it’ll never happen again.
