Not far from the stone foundation there was a noticeable large flat area that was no doubt once used for some agriculture, with a few rock piles scattered & piled around the perimeter. I'm sure the plow was most likely horse or mule drawn back in the heyday. After all, there once were 4 different routes leading to the camp, one from each cardinal direction.
