A little over 10 lbs including stove for a 6-man (say 4...) hot shelter. It's not that heavy. Most backpackers wouldn't have a problem carrying a split load of 6 lbs for the tipi and 4 lbs for the stove (plus a ground sheet). Even when alone using a pulk.

I rarely overnight in winter but I've had the opportunity to try out the 8-man version with 4 other people and it was the most comfortable winter shelter I've ever tried. You don't need a lot of wood to keep it comfortable. A few stick will last for hours... Great to keep those hot toddies coming!
