Parking on Godfrey Rd. Benson?
Can. I expect any problems parking on Godfrey Rd in Benson during the week?

You should park in the state lot near the sign for the NP. The last house on Godfrey Rd. used to have a parking lot for hikers and a donation box, $1.00/day. There was a sign out in front of the house that said, "Benson Light & Power" as they had no outside source for electricity and used a generator. I'm told that this parking is no longer available, but you can check.

I hiked from the Benson Road trailhead last August. Yes, that house has prominently displayed signs saying "NO PARKING" and "KEEP OUT" so don't park there. I parked in the state's parking lot about 0.2 mile away.
