Question Hoel to turtle pond

Does anyone know if the culvert between Hoel and Turtle can handle a canoe float-through based on the recent rain? Four weeks ago it was too dry and the scramble up and down the embankment is less than ideal.

Thanks for the encouragement. I've done it both ways, but the person I might go with has some issues.
