Five ponds trip
Hello Everyone, I am going into five ponds in a couple of weeks and was wondering if anyone has any info on current trail conditions. I'm hoping the bridge into five ponds is still there after this wonderful winter we had. I also wanted to see if anyone can give me the location for parking at the cage lake trailhead in Star Lake and the high falls trailhead via Janacks Landing.

There are two parking areas in Wanakena on S. Shore Rd. for the high falls trail. The trail near one takes you straight to High Falls, the trail near the other takes you around by way of Janacks Landing. I think you want this one: http://goo.gl/maps/vqgN4

I would bet good money the trail conditions are very wet! Especially the between high rock and high falls.
