Campsites in newcomb area?

Are there any wilderness campsites on the Stanford lake,hudson,opalecient, or adjacient lakes?[I] know about the campgound.

Scroll down on this page: http://www.dec.ny.gov/lands/105777.html to the camping section and you'll find designated campsites in the Newcomb area. You might find something that meets your needs.

For sure -- how's the snow down there ? Enough to go skiing in Sprague Brook or the Forestry? Not much on the ground in EA.

just zoom to location of interest and check boxes for campsites and leantos.
From a quick scan looks like there are some in general area but not on waterbodies you listed.
I'm in Hamburg and we have no snow...
