Assume Hunting Lease & cabin purchase

I have a 550 ac hunting LEASE,
with 13 ac. pond-4 season hunting, snowmobiling & 4 wheeling. exit 29 in Moriah, I would like to have someone assume the lease & purchase the 20'x24' cabin from me that is on it. self contained, pictures are available. the lease is $4200.00 annually. the purchase of the cabin is $19,995.00 I have over $25,000. invested, Available immediately. I don't know if you received my reply ? a forestry company own the land. I have occupied the property for 17.5 years.

Lease terms are annual $4,200.00 FOR 550 ACRES 13 AC. POND 4 SEASON HUNTING, FISHING, 4 WHEELING, SNOWMOILE

Sorry I wasn't more specific. I meant for how many years? Or is that in perpetuity? Can they cancel the lease at any time at their discretion? That sort of thing.

I have been there since 2000 (17) yrs. going on 18yrs. they renew every 5 yrs or so. there is no advantage for them to discontinue, unless you cause them to remove you.
