Resupply at Blue Mountain Lake/Lake Durant CG

I am planning a Thru-hike for my wife, My brother-in-law and myself for mid August. I am hoping that someone in the area of Blue Mountain Lake would be willing to receive a food mail drop. We would rather hike all the way in to Blue Mountain Lake unless we have to.

We plan on staying at Stephens Pond Lean-to on August 19th and then hiking past Durant Lake Campground on the 20th. If someone could meet us at the campground on the 20th, that would be ideal for us.

As a last ditch resource we plan to hitchhike into BML to pick up the mail drop at the local Post Office.

If anyone can assist, please let me know.

Thanks in advance,

Todd Heyn
