Connections are amazing here....I was talking to someone about the weird kind of snow on Mt Washington today...but couldn't remember what it is called. Low and behold the photo of the day is rime ice. It doesn't get any better than that!

Here's my famous ski technique...some of you should look closely and learn from a master.



And not to worry, no ski equipment was harmed during the filming of this event. If you look very close, you'll see my smiling face, just a few feet below the snow surface.

Actually, Mr. Mark, that poor skier is me!!
The image is a frame from my buddy's amusing video...if I can figure out how to post that video to my Picasa, I would post a link for further entertainment...
