Another moose morning
Found again! 3 weeks later, the rack has grown! Yesterday morning at 6AM, beautiful lighting and mist, taken with a 500mm F4 lens on a Canon 7D. After going to Maine and New Hampshire a half dozen times to photo such a bull moose without much luck, I can't believe this is in the Adirondacks!

Thanks Justin. With the projected moose poulations growing, within 5 years, these photos will become commonplace perhaps. FYI, keep your eye out for the Sept/Oct Adirondack life magazine cover.

Great pictures! Are you sure they are the same moose? I don't mean to be funny, just looks like there are some differences in the racks (other than growth). It would be great if there really was two that size around!

Another GREAT shot! Very lucky to see him twice, try your hand with Lotto.
I went years without seeing one in the Adirondacks, then last year I saw 2 in MRP and this year saw two in June. |

What an incredible photo. Thank you for sharing. It is really great to know that a moose of that size and quality are living, and obviously thriving, in the ADKS.
