Casual Group Dinner in Lake Placid ?

Our boy scout troop is going to climb Cascade & Porter on Saturday, and we are looking for someplace in Lake Placid to have dinner on Friday evening. Sixteen people total. Ideally we'd like to go someplace that is within walking distance of Main Street, but would consider anyplace that is within a short drive. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Not sure what you and your Scouts are looking for. Hamburgs or salads or something Mexican or what?

Main Street is very long BTW.

For a Scout Troop, I'd suggest Mr Mikes...an outstanding pizza/pasta place. Easy to find...

Thanks for the responses. The scouts are probably open to eating anywhere that is not fancy or expensive (burgers, bbq, pasta, burritos, etc.) and can accommodate us (16 people). When I said Main Street I meant the main drag where most of the shops are located (such as EMS).

I look into Mr. Mike's - thanks for the recommendation!

I'm an Assistant Scoutmaster myself, and if we had come around that way after camp last week, that's exactly where I planned to take them!!

Update: We ended up choosing Delta Blue for dinner. The scouts ate well. Service and food was excellent. A little more pricy than some other dinner options, but everyone was happy. Thanks!
