I just attended a wedding held outdoors near Franklin Falls. It was catered by Lake View Deli in Saranac Lake. Food and service were outstanding. Here is their web address.

@Hookman I will double-up your recommendation of Lake View Deli in SLK, their food is most yummy. The only thing I can not understand or stomach is their italian salad dressing on their italian hoagies.
Other than that- bon appetit
