13 years after I purchased the first one, my collection is finally complete

All of the ADK Guidebooks from the last series that had a complete edition for each region of the Adirondacks.

First one I bought was the Southern Region, in 2004. Finally completed my collection with a purchase of the West Central Region this week.

Cool collection, thanks for sharing!
Looks like you still need a few of the updated editions of the "Discover" guidebooks.

DS, Do you care to compare the ADK guides to the Discover guides?

From what I've learned about DSettahr if you really want him to acquire all the updated editions you could try providing him with a checklist to work on. He may have a hard time resisting!

I'm not trying to answer for DSettahr, but the "Discover" books have a lot more information than the ADK books, including area history, photos, paddling routes, and bushwhacking routes.

DSettahr - What are the six off-white and gray booklets on the top row just to the right of center in your first imgur pic? Don't recall seeing those before.

Those look like the trails maps that are included with the ADK Mountain Club guidebooks

They used to be included with the ADK guidebooks, but I'm pretty sure that ADK discontinued their series of maps, except for the High Peaks map....After all, who cares about the rest of the park.

Thanks. Although what I have is certainly not as complete as his collection I do have a few out of most of the different sets he showed so I recognized most of what was there. None of those ADK maps though, they had me stumped.
