It appears that both the 1st ed. and 2nd ed. books are out of print. Is anyone aware of a reasonably priced source of a second edition copy? Used would be fine if in reasonable condition. The couple of on-line sellers that I found purporting to have copies available wanted upwards of $200 apiece. Wow!

I check out frequently and have bought used books and cds. Quite often I see these tremendously high prices. I wonder if anybody really buys at the posted prices. I know it's not me.

I've been looking for a text book that was borrowed and then lost. New it was expensive can't remember exact price but for sure it was less than $200. Right now two people have it through Alibris that are asking $2,200 and $2,800.
