Tow behind road grader (maintainer)

A York Super workman. Needs a good home , will pull the edges back of most any gravel road back up on to the road and then the rake will spread that back onto the road . Works well , just too big for the road at our camp.
Pic will take you to more photos of the grader , it is out of where the pics were taken and ready to work.

ETA: The grader is in the south west part of the Adirondacks.

Grader Questions

What are the dimensions? What is the price? What size vehicle is required to tow it? Is it a pintle hitch connection?
