And this one. I would imagine the dispute with the Hatch Brook Sportsman Club is getting old. There is only a turbine and an extension added to the tower now. The owner of Mount Morris and Palmer Hill is a nice guy and will give permission. He's a surveyor, I met him. Meenahga was owned by a Cadillac dealer in Colonie. It used to be the Florida School for boys. The property is very expensive and has been redeveloped. I don't know how in the world a non connected person can get permission. Then of course there is the other Whitney tower
