State of Road to Pillsbury Mtn.

Has anyone been up the road to the trailhead to Pillsbury mtn. recently. As in within the past few days? Or, would it be gated closed by this time even if passable?

Heard reports from a local that you would need one heck of a vehicle to make it down that road to the trailhead right now. Gate was still open last he saw a couple weeks ago with foot prints heading down the road in the snow. Not to much accumulation but enough to stop a truck.
