Earthquake!

Anyone else feel the earthquake an hour or so ago (around 1:50pm Eastern)? News is saying it was centered around DC, with a magnitude of 5.9.

Felt it here on the UAlbany campus, we briefly evacuated.

We felt it at work in Schenectady, building did a lot of swaying! People on State Street came running out of their buildings to see what was going on.

I was working outside in Schenectady County and didn't feel anything and neither did any of my co-workers, but the folks inside the building that we were working on did...Seems like everyone I've heard from that was outside during the quake didn't feel it, but if those indoors did...???

I was in Delmar at the farmer's market. Some people felt it, some didn't. Someone said it seemed if you were outside and standing up you didn't feel it and if you were inside sitting down you did.

About 50 feet from where I was selling peaches and plums there was a garage; people having a tag sale were sitting inside. They ran out yelling "Earthquake! Earthquake!" I just looked at them in amazement. I didn't feel a thing, although the woman selling vegetables next to me said she felt dizzy or queasy for a moment.
So I felt kind of cheated. I was right there and missed it.
