  • Help with plant ID,please

    I found this nice fringed polygala (photo 1) in a mixed pine forest.

    The second photo of the white flower I really couldn't ID. The flower itself looks like a lot of common white spring flowers, but none of my wildflower ID guides showed anything like the leaf that goes with the flower.

    The second one is Rue Anemone.
    He found himself wondering at times, especially in the autumn, about the wild lands, and strange visions of mountains that he had never seen came into his dreams.
