Excellent!
I like the fryer.
I was wondering what to bring to Algonquin in a couple of weeks to fry up some brookies.

Brookies are exactly why I had it made this past winter. A little heavy but worth the extra weight to carry. I'm hoping to fry a brookie or two up for lunch pond side in 2 weeks. Good luck on your Algonquin trip!

Thank you. By the way, love your posts, especially the meals. My favorite way to cook brookies is to make a light batter and pan fry, like your smelts.
