Are any of you out there noticing more ticks than usual? If so what areas seem to be the worst? I have not noticed them being any worse than usual but I keep seeing stories about above normal tick populations.

had my first tick in the Newcomb area in May...Glen Falls - Lake George area seems to be above normal tick populations.....enjoy

Here's a thread from earlier this spring:

I had one on me two weeks ago. I live in the southeastern ADKS and I'd likely have more on me if I didn't treat my turkey hunting and yard work clothes with permethrin and regularly use bug spray geared towards ticks.
