Chosen 2012 calendar pictures.

Here are the 2012 calendar pictures as chosen by our membership.

All I can say is 2012 is going to be a good year.

They all look great. Can't wait to order mine! When will the Forum get the order form up and running?

Neil,

I have a hypothetical question:

Suppose, just suppose, a relative....for sake of arguement we'll say, uhmmm, a nephew. Say what if a nephew were to submit a winning photo, and what if this supposed nephew were to have his computer stolen from his house AFTER submitting a small version of said winning photo. And let's further suppose, that a member....ooh, uh, say Stripperguy, had a full res version of this winning photo...

What do you think this full res, calendar winning photo would be worth to above mentioned nephew---hypothetically, of course??

There were no "losers"

Agreed...just getting out and taking the pictures are winning enough. The selected pics are all great - can't wait to see the final product!

Can someone kindly measure last years calendar, I may want to purchase a 2012 version if it meets my size requirements. How big (inches please) is each page? Not the picture plus the grid. How big is each grid OR picture?

Mike,
Each day box is 1 5/16 high x 1 7/16 wide, not counting the header.
Each full page is 8 1/2 x 11.
The calendar printed area is 7 1/2 high x 10 wide, including all headers.
Hope that helps...

That will do, it is the exact size as the calendars I get from DAV. Thanks for the reply Mike, very thorough description. The devil is in the details. Put me down for 1 this year, those who are in control of these matters. My picks this year only matched up 1 photo, and I will not say which one it was so as not to rile anyone who took the other 11. They are all very good of course, last year I matched quite a few and it made me feel like I knew what I was talking about. Like an art expert or something.
