I'm looking over the list thinking " Hmm I could just buy my meals from Hawk and never cook home again"

Hawk- Do you dehydrate this food yourself or purchase some of it already dehydrated? Or a mix of both?

Many of these sound great- will you prepare the food under campfire light too?

It's all 100% Hawk prepared using fresh ingredients whenever possible

Are these the "add x-ounces of water, stir, and wait y-minutes" type of food?
          If so, this is like...WOW!

Not sure I can afford it (rent-a-hawk that is).. I am going to order some of the fare to sample on a short canoe trip this spring.
...better to be up a creek without a paddle than to not be on the water at all!

Most are "Cover with water, boil, stir, EAT......"

                  Expanded Menu

I've expanded the menu greatly. Now including breakfasts and spreads along with new dinner items.

I'm working on crackers and nutritional snacks, desserts, and dried fruits as well over the next few weeks or so.

once I get back from our South Dakota Trek (May 15th through June 3rd) I'll be getting a larger faster dehydrator since it seem this is going to be keeping me busy. Demand has been much more then i thought it would be.

So if you are going to want anything between the middle of May and early June, you best order it now.

                  Download the latest catalog.

                  Thanks for all your orders.

Woo Hoo! I already got my order, before the rush. We tried the Shrimp Cappellini at home. Preparation is a snap - just boil water, stir and eat. It fit easily in my 2 litre pot, and made two nice hearty portions. It was delicious.

My son gave it the highest compliment. He said, "This tastes like real food!" Next week, I'll be in the 'Daks for 5 days. When I get back, I'll post a review of some of the other dinners.

                      familiar menu items

Linda Yaffe is gonna demand royalties pretty soon!

'til then, looks like a great business you've started, Hawk.
