Raquette River water level

So in three weeks I am planning a trip up to Tuppet Lake ,Raquette River atea. I would Ich like to put in at the boat launch off Rt 30. My question is, is the River running really high? If it is doch you tbink it will come down ? Tanks in advance.

It's pretty high right now but 3 weeks is a long time. Hard to say for sure what will happen before your trip; it really depends on the weather. Most likely the water levels will drop before you arrive, but if we keep seeing rainy conditions as we have been so far this summer, it could still be high.
