Have camped here many times late April or May before formal reservations start. Boat launch open, parking available, many free sites - enjoy. Be careful of wind & cold water.

Helinox chair leg

I help avoid my small Helinox chair from sinking by installing a plastic practice golf ball on each leg. A small slit, then force on. They fit into the bag just fine on the legs & stay put.

Sounds like a good deal to me. Know that model is old and archaic interface but sensitivity and battery life are above average. I use mine often and it works great with rechargeable AA batteries.
