I finally did it

The Northville/Placid Trail has been on my bucket list for over a decade and last week I finally got the time and chance to do it. I did a 7 day solo trip from Godfrey Rd to Averyville Rd. Lots of rain ,blistered feet, inches of rain and a bunch of missing my family, but sure did have a great time!

Congratulations on your accomplishment. Just wish I could see your photos.

That's all for now. Take care and until next time...be well.

Congratulations!

We hear so much about the overuse the high peak trails are getting. How was the NPT?

Thanks, I was surprised at how many people I saw on the trail the first day out of Northville, but saw very few after that. Judging from the trail register, lean to register entries and brazen rodent community it seemed busy to me.
