I would be more concerned about the illegal drugs etc then the beer going on. Maybe the 46er's need to publish a list of what they feel is acceptable behavior to join their group. It is their group and they can dictate what the rules are. If you want to follow them and join them so be it . If not then so be that also.

If the facts are true and the group did carry out all that they brought in and didn't cause issues then have at it. If they did break the law (15 in the party) then they got what they deserve.
