I remember there was talk during the MRP campsite relocation discussion about also making the boundary line between MRP and WCL a bikeable trail. IIRC, trails in WF may be designated for bike use, but not all trails are automatically designated as such. Included was also mention of creating the Little Moose Lake Wilderness area. Not sure how much of this has come to fruition either the administrative boundaries, regulations or trail infrastructure.

Biking opportunities
The Caroga Lake area has a bunch of low traffic roads, combo of paved and unpaved. It's one of the few areas that have multiple loops so your not travelling from point to point and then back the same way. I have a cottage for rent half way between Caroga Lake and Northville. Check out VRBO.com and the property is listed under Great Sacandaga Lake, property number is 514940. I have a map there I outlined for some shorter loops, 10 -20 miles. There are longer loops available if your interested.
