Road name info sought

Above Franklin Falls there is a dead end road that has had 3 names [3 I know of].
Fyreena, McManus and Brewster.
I'm not sure which it is presently named but in the 1980s it was Brewster...and had been McManus but it may again be McManus.
It begins where Fletcher Farm Rd. meets Cold Brook Rd.

Anyone know which name came first and when?
Any other info would also be appreciated.

1898 map shows the road but no name http://docs.unh.edu/NY/lplc98nw.jpg
1953 shows it as Fryeena http://docs.unh.edu/NY/lplc53nw.jpg
Google Earth shows McManus now , but an undated map on the town of Franklin site says Brewster ( hard to make out ). http://www.townoffranklin.com/history.html
You could call or send an email to the town historian , http://www.townoffranklin.com/townboard.html

It is definitely McManus Rd now. It has around nine to ten residences, most are permanent.
