3-Day Trip Suggestions

Will be going in late June, probably over a weekend.

Arrive around Midnight Friday - Camp
Sat Am - Hike to Base Camp
Sat Aft - 1 or 2 Peaks
Sun All Day - Peaks
Mon Am - Hike out - Drive home.

4 fit people. Experience level from - none to lot's of back country travel, but no Adirondack and very little mountain experience. Ontario is currently experiencing a shortage of high peaks

We would like to do day hikes leaving most gear at the base camp - preferably a lean to shelter.

Would like to avoid crowds but still get decent views.
Moderate difficulty - maybe 15 - 20km a day?

Thanks. is offline   Reply With Quote
