Storm damage/trail access

Just got back from checking the section I maintain outside Piseco. Only had time to go from Haskell Rd. to Fall Stream but overall the trail is in good shape. There were some blowdowns as expected but nothing too outrageous. Actually the trail is much drier than I thought it would be.

One thing to note is the north end of the bridge over Mill Stream at the end of Haskell Rd. is washed out. There is a thin strip of bank on the left side that can be negotiated with care to get you across to the trail. Given that there are only a couple of camps on the north side of the bridge it's not likely repair will be a high priority for the town. Might be this way for a while .....
