What is being built by Hogtown parking lot Lk George east?

Went for a hike yesterday and passed by the Hogtown parking area on Shelving Rock Rd. There is a newly poured concrete pad (guessing around 12 x 20 ft) on the left just before reaching the parking area. A metal shipping container was there presumably as temporary storage. This looks like it could be a foundation for a small building.

The location is just before access to the Hogtown lot and gate at the left turn leading to the northern end of the Shelving Rock area.

Anyone know what is happening here?

I haven't been there recently, but in years past there was a small shed/cabin at that spot. I used to say it was my dream house - right next door to my local trails.

There was a small cabin there, in poor shape. It was on the market last year. The lot was around 5 acres. Sold last fall for $35k.
