Leki Poles
Thumbs up to Leki for great customer service. I snapped a Makalu trekking pole
in half on my last trip. Sent them a picture and got an e-mail the next day saying replacement parts in the mail. I had a heavy pack and while the pole was planted it went through a rotted tree as I fell forward. Gravity did the rest.
