Pinchot Trail-South Loop

A 13 mile hike on the Pinchot Trail's south loop. This easy trail has a lot of diverse forests with spruce, pine, hemlock, and rhododendron tunnels. There are waterfalls, streamside hiking, and great camping.

Nice photos. I really need to get back and re-hike this trail to check it out with the new re-routes. I'm definitely excited for the new Choke Creek section. Plus it sounds like since DCNR acquisition, Choke Creek Falls is being better cared for (it had just opened when I visited, and there was a decent amount of trash there). I'd also like to check out the Watres Trail.

Watres is ok, I hope some relocations happen north of Watres to include views on panther hill and another falls.
